Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Senior Technician. The Senior Technician will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of renewable energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, performing necessary repairs, and collaborating with the engineering team to improve system efficiency. Additionally, the Senior Technician will be expected to document all procedures and maintain accurate records of system performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of renewable energy systems
• Technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge in solar PV systems and renewable energy technologies
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Relevant certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
