Job Purpose

The role requires Managing, Monitoring & Mentoring a team of Front-line Sales Officers involved in sourcing Current & Savings accounts in a defined branch catchment of the Bank. It will require scaling up the retail branch banking franchise to achieve CASA NTB liability Nos & Value targets assigned for the branch.. Person is accountable to ensure expansion of branch foot print, product penetration and delivery of high-quality customer engagement with the target segment . It will also involve execution of Banks strategies and business deliverables in the assigned geography.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Recruitment of Sales Officers to ensure Optimum level in the branch .

2) Mentoring a team of Front-line Sales officers & control attrition to ensure delivery of business targets .

3) Imparting training of product , process and other hygiene deliverables to team members.

4) Monitoring daily sales targets to ensure acquisition process in compliance of policies of the Bank .

5) Conduct programs to keep team motivation high to meet organization objectives .

6) Work closely with the branch personnel to maintain a conducive atmosphere for team work.

7) Responsible for timely resolution of customer queries to enable an experience of delight to the customers.

8) Monitor the growth and execution as per the defined business plan

9) Identifying leads for an acquisition of other cross-sell potential available in the customer segments .

10) Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.

11) Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements.
