Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the International Voice Process supporting operations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer calls (voice support) in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, and complaints within defined SLAs.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments as required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Adhere to process compliance and quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Freshers are also eligible.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Graduate/Undergraduate may apply.
