Position Summary
Finance Transformation
Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) – Consultant
Work you will do

• Will be responsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of ARCS and Oracle FCCS applications
• Will focus on technical delivery and will be responsible for the quality of deliverables
• Will work independently with technical/functional direction from the leads
• Will provide functional knowledge and expertise in the core EPM processes including Consolidation and Reporting and Account Reconciliations to translate into system solutions
• Will be expected to contribute as an individual player or lead a team of developers to implement a solution, manage day-to-day reporting and delivery
• Will be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till Hypercare

'Controllership & Treasury Transformation' is one of the offering within Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business.

Qualifications
Required:

• 3-6 years of project experience in implementation of Oracle FCCS and/or ARCS
• Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x and/or Oracle FCCS
• Hands-on experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboards and creating complex business rules to cater custom consolidations
• Proficient in creation of Business Rules – Custom consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating Cash Flow, Custom Translations and Currency Overrides, Dynamic calculations
• Must have a good knowledge of intercompany eliminations, currency translations & financial statement presentations
• Should have excellent Excel, VB and Jython scripting skills
• Knowledge of upgrade & migration from On-Premises to Cloud

Preferred:

• Should be involved in the Design, Implementation, Prototyping, Enhancements and Performance tuning of ARCS and FCCS applications
• Industry expertise in domains like Media and Entertainment, Consumer and Industrial Products, Banking, etc.
• Should have experience of conducting User Acceptance Test, and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices
• Good to have knowledge of any RDBMS like Oracle, SQL Server
• Exposure to traditional and Agile project delivery
