Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a
Senior Oracle EPM Consultant
, leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This is a hands-on technical role with a focus on
EPBCS (Planning), Narrative Reporting
,
data integration
, and
automation
.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations (Financials, Workforce, Capex)


• Design and implement Narrative Reporting for executive/board reporting


• Develop WebForms, Business Rules, Groovy scripts, Dashboards, and Security models


• Manage integrations: Data Management, Pipelines, EPMAutomate, file-based loads


• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A teams to deliver scalable EPM solutions


• Troubleshoot performance issues, metadata, and data load errors


• Conduct user training and provide post-deployment support


Must-Have Skills

8+ years Oracle EPM experience (Cloud & On-Premise)

Deep expertise in Oracle EPBCS/PBCS implementation

Strong in Business Rules, Groovy scripting, Smart View, Task Manager

Hands-on with EPMAutomate, data integrations & automation

Narrative Reporting experience

FP&A domain knowledge (budgeting, planning, reporting)


Nice-to-Have Skills


• Exposure to FCCS, TRCS, PCM modules


• SQL scripting and advanced automation


• Experience in large-scale/multinational implementations


• Oracle EPM certifications a plus


Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields
