Position Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Nurse to provide medical support and promote the overall health and well-being of our students. The role involves delivering first-aid care, managing minor illnesses, conducting health awareness sessions, and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessary. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and supportive environment where students physical health needs are met promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-aid, basic medical care, and emergency support to students on campus.
  • Conduct health check-ups, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Offer guidance on preventive healthcare, nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle management.
  • Organize health awareness programs and workshops on topics such as personal hygiene, vaccination, womens health, and stress-related illnesses.
  • Manage the campus medical room, ensuring cleanliness, availability of essential medicines, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Support students with chronic health conditions by offering ongoing monitoring and assistance.
  • Facilitate referrals to hospitals, doctors, or specialized healthcare services as required.
  • Collaborate with faculty, administrative staff, and parents (when necessary) to address student health concerns in a timely and confidential manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 23 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or educational institution.
  • Strong knowledge of first-aid procedures, medical protocols, and patient care standards.
  • Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently.
