Performance Marketing Executive – Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive who has practical experience with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). You will be responsible for running paid ad campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring lead generation or conversions as per campaign goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Monitor daily performance and suggest improvements
  • Set up targeting, retargeting, custom audiences, and lookalike strategies
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, captions, and placements
  • Track and report campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
  • Coordinate with content/design team for creatives
  • Stay updated with Meta ad trends and policy changes

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager
  • Good understanding of ad targeting, pixel setup, and budget optimization
  • An analytical mindset to read campaign performance data & basic Excel or Google Sheets reporting skills.
