Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.
Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.
Currently, we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India. The position of Chief Track Expert is the key position in these BIDs.
Missions/Main Duties- Track Design Review: Review and approve track alignment, layout drawings, and technical specifications ensuring compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.
- Installation Supervision: Oversee the installation of track systems, including ballast, sleepers, rails, fastenings, and switches & crossings, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor track construction activities to guarantee adherence to quality standards, best industry practices, and contractual obligations.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical advice on track-related matters to project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Inspection & Testing: Supervise and participate in inspection and testing of track components and completed trackwork, including geometry checking and acceptance.
- Maintenance Strategy: Establish maintenance requirements and strategies for track assets, supporting safe and reliable metro operations.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues encountered during track installation and maintenance.
- Coordination: Liaise with design teams, construction teams, signaling, electrical, and civil disciplines for coordinated project execution.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant railway regulations, safety norms, and quality management systems.
- Reporting: Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project leadership and authorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements in track design, installation methodologies, and maintenance practices.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering
- minimum 25 years of experience in railways or railway related industry.
- minimum 5 years' experience in urban rail based passenger carrying system
