We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of a landmark high-rise commercial project. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in large-scale commercial architecture, innovative design thinking, and proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams through all project phases from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Drive the overall architectural vision and ensure design excellence aligned with client and project requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead the architectural design process across all stages concept, schematic, design development, GFC drawings, and site execution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal engineering teams, consultants, and external stakeholders (clients, PMC, authorities).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, NBC, local development authority norms, fire & safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and supervise a team of architects, junior designers, and draftsmen to deliver timely and quality outputs.
  • Innovation & Sustainability: Integrate sustainable, functional, and innovative design solutions in line with global trends in high-rise commercial architecture.
  • Technical Oversight: Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, faade designs, structural integration, and MEP coordination.
  • Execution Support: Conduct site visits, resolve design-related issues, and ensure alignment between design intent and on-site construction.
  • Client Interface: Represent the architectural team in client presentations, design reviews, and progress meetings. & responsibilities
