Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations at our properties in Jaisalmer and Indore. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across all departments, maintain service excellence, and drive operational efficiency to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences and services.

Oversee staff performance, training, and scheduling to maintain productivity standards.

Manage budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs to optimize profitability.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth business operations.

Implement and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across departments.

Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards are met.

Support management in strategic planning, vendor coordination, and compliance requirements.

Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

4 to 8 years of proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience in staff management and guest relations.

Ability to manage multi-location operations and travel between properties.

Knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) and hotel operating software.
