Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Jr. Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and developing strong client relationships. The selected candidate will assist in account management and play a key role in driving business growth by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable automation solutions. Communication and collaboration with various teams will be essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to strategize for growth.
  • Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience in the automation or semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
