Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Coordinator based in Chennai. The Regional Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing operational support to the sales team, coordinating day-to-day sales activities, assisting with customer orders and inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and preparing sales reports. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales processes, while delivering excellent customer service to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Sales and Customer Service processes.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Competency in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
