Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations by overseeing stock management, implementing loss prevention measures, maintaining retail standards, and providing outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing a team of staff, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional communication, and resolving any issues promptly. The role also involves strategizing to meet sales targets and enhancing customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills to effectively manage inventory and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills aimed at delivering superior guest experiences.
  • Effective Communication skills to lead a team, resolve issues, and interact professionally with customers.
  • Proven leadership abilities and team management experience in a retail or quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting.
  • An understanding of health and safety regulations for stores and food handling is a plus.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting is desirable.
