About Us:
The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of
India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE,
IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as
superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest
youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories,
we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines
in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products
like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.
Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well
and have 40 offline stores and further expansion in pan India.
The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe
that people do their best work when they love what they do. There are too many Monday
mornings and you can’t go dreading every single one of them. Over the years, we have built a
strong team of like-minded people that work smart, own their work, and think like leaders. If

Responsibilities:
1. Drawing Accuracy & Detailing
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, fixture details, trial room layouts, and back store areas.
• Ensure alignment with brand design intent and fixture standards.
• Incorporate MEP coordination and site measurement inputs accurately.
2. Timely Delivery of Drawings
• Deliver all concept, GFC, and as-built drawings as per project timelines and rollout schedules.
• Prioritize multiple store projects and manage drawing output efficiently.
3. Coordination & Communication
• Work closely with design leads, project managers, vendors, and site teams for clarity on drawings and execution feasibility.
• Respond to redline markups, design updates, or site feedback promptly.
4. Documentation & Version Control
• Maintain a centralized drawing repository with proper naming conventions and version history.
• Ensure all final drawings are documented for handover and archive.
5. Brand & Technical Compliance
• Follow retail brand guidelines — including visual zoning, lighting layout coordination, and material specifications.
• Verify drawings meet local codes and safety norms where applicable.
6. Quality & Detailing Excellence
• Develop and maintain standard detail libraries for fixtures, signage, trial rooms, and back areas to ensure consistency.
• Continuously improve drawing presentation quality (line weights, annotation clarity, layers, legends).
Skills and Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in the similar field.
- Hands on experience in AutoCAD is mandatory
