Responsibilities and Contribution: · Responsible for up selling the Company's Products · Identifying the Corporate/Individual prospective buyers, Generating leads and closures. · Develop Retail sales strategies to meet sales targets. · Maintaining long lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after sales service. · Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through active sales and excellent guest relations services for maximum conversion · Product Presentation to Prospective and existing buyer. · Building Relationship with customer. · Regular follow-up with the respective customers on current and discounted offers of products. · Achieving Monthly sales targets by demonstrating the product in Exotic India's store and converting them to sales. · Proactiveness towards arranging stocks and monitoring pricing. · Coordinate with respective stakeholders for the product services. · Regular reporting to Manager on sales and cross  functional communication
Skill and Competencies : Candidate should be target oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication with good convincing skills. Confident, Presentable and Outspoken. Hard core sales with TAT adherence Minimum 2+ years in Sales. Experience in E-commerce industry will be an added advantage Qualification = Graduate
