Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, or technology sales is a plus - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our company.
