It employs over 170 people and markets luxury watches, jewellery, and accessories through both online and traditional point-of-sale channels.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate located in Pitampura. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting luxury watches and accessories, maintaining product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include managing inventory, keeping the showroom organized, and handling transactions efficiently. The role requires liaising with the service centre for any customer service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and participating in promotional activities and events.QualificationsCustomer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal SkillsSales Experience and Product Knowledge in the Luxury Watch IndustryInventory Management and Organizational SkillsProficiency in Handling Transactions and Point-of-Sale SystemsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAttention to Detail and Problem-Solving SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plusPrior experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred
