Complaints Specialist
DescriptionRole Objective / Purpose:
1. Emails and Service Request Management 2. Handling the customer emails received at Customer Service Email IDs 3. Adherence to Internal and IRDA TAT's 4. Co-ordination with internal and external Stakeholders
Competencies:
1. 1-2 years of experience in General Insurance 2. Good in-hand knowledge in General Insurance Products 3. Understanding of IRDA-related issues and addresses of Customer QRC 4. Knowledge of PPI guidelines 5.Proficiency in English - Oral and Written Skills 6. Customer Centric
KPIs:
1. 100% recording and registration of complaint / request / query as per PPI guidelines 2. Timely response on emails 3. 100% response to all the emails received
QualificationsBachelor's Degree
