Position Overview
The Tele caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing information to customers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. With 4 years of experience, she is expected to have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and contribute to the company's sales and support goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
2. Customer Interaction
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and company offerings.
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude during all interactions.
- Understand customer needs and guide them through appropriate solutions.
3. Data Management
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM or call logs.
- Track daily calls, leads generated, and conversion details.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead transfer and follow-ups.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and outbound calling activities.
- Support customer service departments when needed.
5. Performance & Communication
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.
- Report call outcomes and customer feedback to supervisors.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of tele calling or customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required).
- Good listening skills and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
