Primary Responsibilities:

  • Experience in managing a team of designers
  • Understand user needs through various research methodologies
  • Design workflows and interaction flows based on user needs
  • Prototype and test visual designs and interactions
  • Produce wireframes, mock-ups and work with developers to have mock-ups turned into working software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS.
  • Ability to synthesize user, technical and design requirements into highly usable applications.
  • Design clean, maintainable, documented mockups
  • Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.

Must Have Skills:

  • Minimum 10-12 years' experience in UX
  • Strong communication skill to articulate ideas and comprehend challenges
  • Worked on client-side delivery
  • Proficient with either Sketch and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and optimization skills.
  • Understanding of responsive website design principals
  • Fulltime Degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or a related field

Good to Have:

  • Keen user interface/experience sensibility; able to clearly communicate design/feature ideas to a developer.
  • Experience with issue tracking systems such as Remedy or Jira.
