Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Design Specialist for our Chennai location. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of our digital products. With a maximum of 10 years of experience, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and improve user interactions, ensuring our products are both innovative and user-friendly.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing user experience design strategies to enhance digital product usability.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating with other product stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Solid background in conducting user research to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Expertise in interaction design to create engaging and seamless user journeys in digital applications.
  • Ability to perform user testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve user interfaces and experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex user flows and propose thoughtful redesigns.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user experience design strategies in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and improve product design.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented and aligns with user goals.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure design consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather diverse perspectives and innovative ideas.
  • Analyze feedback and data to make informed design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and product engagement.
