Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research Scientist - Ceramic Luminescent Materials based in Jodhpur. The Research Scientist will be responsible for conducting research on ceramic luminescent materials, developing and testing new materials, analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The scientist will also be involved in presenting research findings, participating in meetings, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Materials Science, Physics, or M.Sc in Physics Materials Science min 3 years research experience in the area of ceramic / Luminescent ceramic / Transparent ceramic materials and also having at least one research paper in Peer reviewed International Journal in the area of ceramic / luminescent Ceramic / Transparent ceramic materials.
• Strong background in materials science, chemistry, or related field
• Experience in researching and developing ceramic luminescent materials
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting research findings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in defense or space research projects is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
