We have an immediate requirement of Research Scientist at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Requirements:

Qualification: PhD in Physics / Material Science / Chemistry or M.Sc Physics / Material Science / Chemistry with min 3 years of experience.

Experience: Min 1 to 5 years.

Gender : Both Male and Female.

Immediate joiners are preferred .

Open Positions:

1.Research Scientist – Inorganic Single Crystals

  • Synthesis and growth of inorganic single crystals.
  • Structural and optical characterization (XRD, SEM, UV–Vis, FTIR, PL, etc.).
  • Study of physical and thermal properties.

2. Research Scientist – Luminescent Materials

  • Synthesis and optimization of luminescent / phosphor materials.
  • Optical property characterization (PL, EL, TL, spectral analysis).
  • Development of materials for optoelectronic and lighting applications.

3.Research Scientist – Semiconductor Devices

  • Fabrication and testing of semiconductor and optoelectronic devices.
  • Electrical and optical characterization (I–V, C–V, Hall, etc.).
  • Process development and device performance analysis.

Note:

Candidates must have at least one research paper published in a Peer-Reviewed International Journal in one or more of the following areas:

  • Single crystal growth / crystal Processing through Melt Growth Method.
  • Ceramic / Luminescent Ceramic / Transparent Ceramic Materials
  • Semiconductor Devices and their associated electronics.
