We are looking for a skilled System Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture, with a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop the core technical platform, capabilities, and services that support business processes and data.
  • Map relationships between IT platform/infrastructure components, including Technology End Users, IT Systems Software & Hardware, and Info-Communications Transmission Networks.
  • Identify key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting integration, compatibility, and performance targets.
  • Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives.
  • Implement short to medium term activities within the business area or support sub-functions in line with department strategy.
  • Lead a team of Specialists, sometimes with several hierarchical levels, taking full employee lifecycle responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems architecture.
  • Strong understanding of CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and developing new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes, or activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
