Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Management Information System (MIS) team for our on-site office in Gurugram. This full-time role involves designing and managing MIS solutions, supporting decision-making through data analysis, monitoring records, and optimizing processes. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows, generate detailed reports, and ensure effective use of technology for data management and analysis. This role demands a proactive approach to produce reports identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics and Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets effectively
  • Experience in Finance-related processes and systems
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in on-site environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
