About Us
We are a new and exciting chain of premium-stay guest houses/3* equivalent properties launching in Noida. Our properties are designed to cater to the modern business traveller, offering 25-30 premium rooms at competitive prices in prime locations. We are poised for rapid expansion and are looking for a dynamic leader to build and grow our presence.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Operations Manager to take complete, end-to-end ownership of our Noida operations. This is a mid-level management role for a candidate who is ready to set up, manage, and scale our business in the region. You will be responsible for the entire P&L, driving profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and building a strong brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Setup & Launch: Oversee all pre-opening and launch activities for new properties, establishing operational standards, and building a high-performance team.
- P&L Management: Take full accountability for the financial performance of the Noida cluster, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue maximization.
- Corporate Sales: Actively leverage existing and new corporate relationships to build a strong pipeline of B2B bookings and drive occupancy.
- Online Revenue Management: Demonstrate a savvy understanding of the online booking ecosystem. Manage listings, pricing, and promotions across all relevant OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) to maximize online revenue.
- End-to-End Operations: Manage all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services, ensuring a consistent, premium experience.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated team committed to our brand standards and guest satisfaction.
- Market Growth: Utilize your deep knowledge of the Noida market to identify new opportunities, build local partnerships, and contribute to our future expansion strategy.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all properties operate in full compliance with local regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing a similar chain of budget-premium or 3-star equivalent properties.
- P&L Ownership: Demonstrable experience in managing P&Ls for a hospitality business.
- Noida Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Noida corporate and business travel market is essential.
- Corporate Sales: A strong, verifiable track record of driving corporate bookings and managing B2B relationships.
- Digital Savvy: Expertise in managing OTA listings, online reputation, and digital booking channels.
- Leadership Skills: A hands-on leader with the ability to manage the business end-to-end.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
