Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager Sales TMT Division to drive regional revenue growth, lead the sales team, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Drive sales growth with proven experience in TMT product sales.
2. Lead and manage a sales team across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
3. Actively participate in marketing initiatives such as engineer/contractor meets, trade exhibitions, and promotional events.
4. Travel extensively to support the team and personally close high-value leads.
5. Ensure continuous market expansion by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Strong track record in TMT sales / Building materials (minimum years).
Leadership: Ability to build, Motivate, and Manage a Multi-state sales team.
Languages: Fluency in Kannada and Tamil (Regional language skills are Mandatory).
Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
Age: Preferably between 40 50 years.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual CTC: 12 – 15 lakhs.
