IT Support Specialis

t
to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT infrastructure and network operations that support our rapid growth.
Immediate joiners are preferred and will be given priority.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Server Administration

  2. Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.

  3. Monitor system health and ensure optimal performance and uptime.

  4. Manage server roles such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.

  5. User Account & Access Management

  6. Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and policies in Active Directory.

  7. Handle login issues, password resets, and access requests.

  8. Software & Patch Management

  9. Install and update system software and security patches regularly.

  10. Ensure compliance with software licensing and policies.

  11. Backup & Recovery

  12. Implement and monitor system backup processes.

  13. Assist with disaster recovery planning and execution.

Network Support Responsibilities:

  1. Network Infrastructure Support

  2. Support and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.

  3. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.

  4. Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  5. Use monitoring tools to detect and respond to network outages or anomalies.

  6. Perform routine testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues quickly.

  7. Security & Compliance

  8. Apply network and system security best practices, including firewall rules, antivirus, and endpoint protection.

  9. Support audits and ensure compliance with IT policies.

General IT Support:

  1. Helpdesk & User Support

  2. Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  3. Assist users with issues related to PCs, printers, mobile devices, and applications.

  4. Documentation

  5. Maintain technical documentation of system and network configurations, procedures, and incident logs.

  6. Create user guides or SOPs for internal use.

  7. Collaboration & Project Support


• Work with IT teams to implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or rollouts.


• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for technical support and product solutions.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in related field

Qualification: Degree, Certifications in Hardware & Networking
