We are a dynamic interior design and fit-out company delivering high-quality, innovative, and customized interior solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to manage procurement and supplier relationships while ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and negotiate with vendors for furniture, fixtures, fittings, and materials required for interior projects.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and service.
  • Maintain and manage vendor relationships to ensure the best rates and timely supply.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, agreements, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and project schedules.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams for material requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, material costs, and emerging products to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Work closely with design and project management teams to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to purchases, inventory, and supplier performance.
  • Resolve supply issues, delays, and discrepancies proactively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior design, construction, or furniture manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing materials like wood, laminates, fabric, paint, fixtures, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to cost control and quality management.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
