We are looking for a skilled Purchase Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent negotiation skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to achieve cost savings.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in purchase management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices, including contract management and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices, including inventory control and logistics.
