Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Campus Strategy & Relationship Management

  • Develop and execute a regionally aligned campus recruitment strategy across India markets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career services.
  • Identify and prioritize target schools based on business needs, diversity goals, and talent pipelines.

Recruitment & Candidate Experience

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for graduate and internship programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and training to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with hiring goals.
  • Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience across all touch-points.

Program Design & Execution

  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and evolve internship and graduate programs.
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking for early talent cohorts.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.

Employer Branding & Events

  • Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events, including career fairs, case competitions, and speaker sessions.
  • Partner with marketing to develop region-specific branding campaigns and digital content.
  • Leverage social media and alumni networks to amplify brand presence.

Data & Reporting

  • Track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, diversity, time-to-fill) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies across India markets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in campus or early careers recruitment, preferably in a regional or global organization.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC university landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the region during peak campus seasons.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems like Workday.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices in PAN India.
  • Fluency in English.
