Job Summary

We are seeking responsible and hardworking General Staff to support the daily operations of the hospital. The role involves assisting medical, nursing and administrative teams to ensure a clean, safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Support

  • Assist in moving or escorting patients within the hospital (wards, OPD, diagnostic areas, etc.).
  • Help patients with basic needs such as positioning, changing linens, or bringing meals (as instructed by nurses).
  • Maintain a kind, respectful and helpful attitude toward patients and their families.

2. Equipment & Supply Support

  • Assist in transporting medical equipment, trolleys, and materials safely.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of hospital supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Handle items carefully to prevent damage or contamination.

3. Administrative & Team Assistance

  • Deliver files, reports, and samples to different hospital departments promptly.
  • Support nurses, doctors, and technicians with routine non-clinical tasks.
  • Ensure smooth coordination among departments through clear communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Minimum 10th or 12th grade pass (higher qualification preferred).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Basic understanding of hospital routines and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
  • Physically fit and able to handle long working hours.
  • Courteous, punctual, and disciplined.
  • Basic English communication (reading and understanding instructions).
