A leading Design & Build firm with offices across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik & Ahmedabad is looking for a Business Development Head to drive growth in the commercial real estate and corporate interiors segment. The company executes PAN-India projects for multinational clients and is expanding its leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

-Business Development & Lead Generation

-Generate high-quality leads within the commercial real estate ecosystem — real estate consultants, IPCs, developers, and builders.

-Identify and connect with CXOs, Admin Heads, Operations Heads & decision-makers responsible for company expansions and office space acquisition.

-Expertise in online and offline lead generation, market mapping, and strategic outreach.

-Client Engagement

-Initiate engagement through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

-Present company credentials to prospective clients and build long-term relationships.

-Schedule appointments, pitch capabilities, and drive opportunities toward closure.

-Conduct consistent follow-ups via email, calls, and messages.

-Market Understanding

Strong understanding of commercial office interiors, workplace transformation needs, and design-build execution.

-Stay updated with real estate market trends in Pune & Mumbai.

Qualifications & Skills

-Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate (MANDATORY).

-Exposure to corporate interior design-build projects.

-Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

-Proficient in MS Office and online business development tools.

-Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration + performance-based incentives.
