HR Executive (Operations & Recruitment)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to support our HR operations and end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with internal teams and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical rounds.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and selection.
  • Maintain candidate databases and follow up until onboarding.

HR Operations:

  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files).
  • Support daily HR activities and handle employee queries.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR announcements.
  • Help maintain HR MIS reports and compliance-related documents.

General Admin/Coordination:

  • Support basic HR admin tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.
