Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct induction sessions for new joiners and manage joining formalities.
- Maintain updated employee records and personal files.
Employee Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain attendance records and salary sheets.
- Coordinate with accounts/payroll for salary processing.
- Manage attendance regularizations and leave updates.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain HR documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and labor regulations.
- Handle grievances, employee queries, and performance appraisal documentation.
Employee Engagement & Performance Support
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles, tracking goals, and evaluation forms.
- Support training and development initiatives as required.
Admin & Office Management
- Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
- Manage stationery, inventory, utilities, and other office supplies.
- Assist with travel bookings, client visits, and facility arrangements.
Communication & Reporting
- Handle internal and external emails, communication, and coordination with departments.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports via Google Sheets or other reporting tools with compulsory columns for HR and admin tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and office events efficiently.
ID & Security Management
- Issue employee ID cards and visitor passes.
- Maintain access and movement logs, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
Client Relations & Support
- Assist in client coordination, queries, and follow-ups when required.
Support the HR/Admin team in activities that enhance professional relationships and office efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
