Quality Head
with strong expertise in PET recycling to lead and strengthen our quality function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) function for PET recycling operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards, procedures, and systems across the plant.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international quality, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., FDA, EFSA, ISO, BRC, etc., as applicable).
  • Supervise quality testing of input raw material (PET bottles/flakes) and output products (flakes, chips, RPET).
  • Manage laboratory operations, testing protocols, and reporting.
  • Identify root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Train and develop the quality team to build strong technical capabilities.
  • Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Drive customer audits, certifications, and documentation requirements.
  • Report quality performance metrics to management and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Plastic Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum
    7–12 years
    of quality experience in
    PET recycling / plastics industry
    , with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recycling technologies (washing, extrusion, pelletizing, SSP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with global quality standards and customer certification requirements.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
