Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Act as the first point of contact, responding to customer inquiries about products or services, providing information, and offering guidance over the phone.
- Issue Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve various customer issues and complaints, finding effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Customer Assistance: Help customers navigate product features, troubleshoot technical difficulties, and optimize their overall experience.

- Must not have any exams scheduled in the next 6 months.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Skills: Excellent Communication Skills (verbal, specifically for international voice processes).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Work Environment:
- Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts.
- Working Days: 5 days working per week.
- Transportation: Both-side cab facility provided (with night shift allowance).
