User Acquisition (UA) Manager Mobile App Growth

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team and help scale our mobile app globally. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in driving app installs, managing campaigns across multiple ad networks, and optimizing ROI on every dollar spent.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive high-quality app installs while maintaining strict ROI and LTV/CAC parameters.
  • Build, test, and scale creative assets and campaign structures for Tier-1 and Tier-3 markets.
  • Monitor KPIs including CPI, CTR, ARPU, ROAS, retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies and improve funnel performance.
  • Negotiate with ad networks, agencies, and influencers to expand acquisition channels.
  • Stay updated on emerging UA trends, fraud prevention, and new ad formats to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale UA campaigns in the mobile app ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign dashboards, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience working with rewarded apps, gaming, or gratification-based platforms is a big plus.
  • Ability to manage budgets efficiently while achieving growth and ROI targets.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to A/B test and iterate fast.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
