Role & responsibilities
Objective of the position (or process result)
To manage, implement organizations total rewards philosophy
Design, implement, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs that offer a competitive and motivating reward structure for BSH-IN employees, while ensuring alignment with the global framework.
Ensure Mercer evaluations are conducted for all positions to maintain consistency, equity, and competitiveness in compensation structures.
Ensure accurate and efficient payroll management, including the correct setup, processing, and generation of payroll for all BSH-IN employees.
Strategize and develop HR policies for BSH-IN, ensuring they align with the company's global objectives and local compliance requirements.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B): For Internal & external employees
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of the compensation and benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct annual salary benchmarking, pay structure analysis, and participate in compensation surveys to ensure market competitiveness.
- Manage end-to-end salary revision processes, bonus payouts, and performance-based rewards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits (e.g., PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Taxation).
- Lead global C&B initiatives, including the design and management of executive compensation packages.
- Work with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
- Design & implement the variable & sales incentive schemes that provide a competitive rewards.
Policies & Compliance
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure governance in compensation practices.
Job Evaluations
- Ensure evaluations are conducted for all positions to maintain consistency, equity, and competitiveness in compensation structures using tools like Mercer
- Facilitate regular job evaluations to ensure role clarity, grading accuracy, and alignment with market benchmarks, ensuring all positions are categorized appropriately within the organization's compensation framework
Analytics & Reporting
- Provide dashboards and reports related to compensation, benefits, headcount, attrition cost, etc.
- Analyze trends in rewards and make data-driven recommendations.
