Assistant Manager – Accounts

- Ensure daily book-keeping.
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, GST, TDS, income tax).
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial integration.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for compliance and financial dealings.
- Managing metrics, performance criteria, goals and targets.
- Provide various reports / MIS reports to stakeholders as required from time to time.
- Any other task or responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
