Our client - growing chain of clinics committed to providing exceptional healthcare services across multiple locations. We are currently seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who has a passion for finance management and efficient operational support.

looking for - As an Accounts Assistant, you'll manage petty cash, prepare payment vouchers, and ensure timely bill payments, including utilities and maintenance. You will keep precise records and coordinate with our branches to maintain seamless financial operations. Join us to keep our clinic network running smoothly

Key Responsibilities:
Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely recording and reconciliation of all entries.

Voucher Preparation: Generate and manage payment vouchers for all branch expenses.

Bill Payments: Ensure timely payment of all branch bills, including utilities and AMC charges, to avoid service disruptions.

Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation to support transactions and facilitate audits.

Branch Coordination: Work closely with branch managers to ensure that bills are received, recorded, and paid on time.

Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and compliance with financial policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

1 to 2 years of experience in accounting or a related financial role.

Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounts: 2 years (preferred)
- Petty Cash: 2 years (preferred)
- Bill Payments, & Branch Coordination: 2 years (preferred)
