Role & responsibilities
- To be the force to enable a robust growth for the organization. As a Branch Head the candidate is expected to be a go getter who actively solicit new business and ensure consistent growth. It is expected of the candidate to build a quality portfolio.
- Role also envisages acquiring and managing of new partnerships with institutes. Candidate should be a good people manager who motivates and guides his team of Relationship managers to achieve their respective target.
- Candidate would also be the brand ambassador for the organization. candidate behavior and conduct should be impeccable.
- Onboard national corporate DSA for retail asset loans, especially Loan Against Property.
- Manage relationship and drive monthly business from corporate DSA by working closely with Regional and Branch heads.
- Manage and resolve escalations from channel partners.
- Build corporate DSA channel to be sizeable contributor to the retail book business and lowest possible cost.
- Ensure channel partners are trained on product and policy construct.
Ensure LOS adoption by Corporate DSA.
Preferred candidate profile
Must have thorough product knowledge.
- Assertive, go getter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Should be a good team player and people manager
- Should be confident and self-motivated.
- Must have experience in AFFORDABLE LAP
- Ability to Analyze numbers and take necessary action to improve shortfalls
- Ability to multi-task and deliver qualitative outputs consistently.
- Good communication skill
