Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining jewellery-related records in the company's systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure smooth operations in inventory, billing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update jewellery product details (designs, weights, purity, prices, etc.) into the company database/software.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of gold, silver, diamonds, and other gemstones.
  • Generate invoices, quotations, and billing details for sales and repairs.
  • Record customer orders, repair job details, and delivery updates.
  • Cross-check data for accuracy and correct errors when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock and sales reports.
  • Support accounts and sales teams with required data.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
  • Ensure data entry tasks are completed within timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
