**Position**: Data Entry Specialist & Social Media Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry & Management**:

- Input, update, and maintain records in databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

**Social Media Promotion**:

- Assist in **creating, scheduling, and posting** content on platforms like **Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.**:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and boost audience interactions.
- Help analyze social media performance using tools like **Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Instagram Insights**.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to **execute digital campaigns**.

**General Support**:

- Maintain organized files and digital records.
- Support marketing efforts by researching trending topics.
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks if needed (using Canva or similar tools).

**Requirements**:
✔ Proven experience in **data entry** and basic **social media marketing**.
✔ Proficiency in **MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools**.
✔ Familiarity with **social media platforms** and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
✔ Basic knowledge of **SEO and digital marketing** is a plus.
✔ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
