Position: Branch Manager​

Location: Perinthalmanna

The Branch Head will be expected to possess a deep understanding of the study abroad industry and demonstrate a hands-on approach by assisting team members whenever required. This role involves overseeing daily branch operations, mentoring staff, conducting training and inductions, and ensuring the highest level of service to our students. As a key representative of the organization, the Branch Head plays a vital role in upholding our commitment to supporting students throughout their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:​

​-oversee daily operations of the branch​

-Foster a positive and results-driven work culture​

-Conduct staff inductions, regular training, and ongoing guidance​

-Counsel students and convert leads into successful enrollments​

-Address escalated queries and concerns beyond the team's scope​

-Provide support with documentation, including applications, financials, and visa submissions​

-Arrange and coordinate internal interviews with students​

-Collaborate with the management team to meet branch targets and KPIs

Requirements:​

-Bachelor's degree in any discipline​

-3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the overseas education sector​

-Proven experience managing a team of 6 or more members​

-Familiarity with at least three destination markets (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe)​

-Strong organizational and time management skills​

-Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
