We're looking for a rare breed of hustlers-meets-thinkers—those who thrive in zero-to-one environments and want to grow something meaningful over the next 18–24 months with a clear path to becoming long-term co-creators.

What You'll Own:


• Build a brand from scratch — from whitespace identification to go-to-market strategy


• Craft unforgettable products — partner with R&D, designers, and vendors to create stand-out SKUs


• Lead storytelling & positioning — shape every touchpoint from packaging to Instagram captions


• Grow it smart — own early performance marketing, content, and influencer strategy


• Pilot marketplaces & D2C — get hands-on with Amazon, quick commerce, and Shopify tools


• Manage like a founder — lead a small squad of marketers, ops, and designers

What You Bring:


• 2–5 years of experience in building or scaling early-stage brands (bonus if it's D2C)


• Strong brand thinking & product sense — you get why some brands break through and others don't


• Comfortable with performance marketing, Shopify, and influencer marketing


• Operator mindset with founder-like ownership and relentless energy


• Aesthetic taste digital native instincts


• Bonus: exposure to premium/luxury beauty or food categories
