Business Growth & Revenue Generation

Branch Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure seamless branch operations with a focus on customer experience and efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs for key processes like account opening & trade execution.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations

Customer Relationship & Retention

  • Enhance client retention and AUM through engagement strategies.
  • Offer personalized wealth management solutions.
  • Oversee Relationship Managers to ensure top-tier client service.

People & Performance Management

  • Lead a team ,fostering high performance & motivation.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development.
  • Partner with HR to attract and retain top talent.

Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion locations.
  • Develop business plans tailored to different regions.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams for growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Masters in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 08-15 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, banking, or financial services, with leadership exposure in branch operations.
