Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Global Support Associate based in Noida. The role involves providing technical and operational support to clients, addressing inquiries, assisting end-users with their needs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The associate will handle communication with clients, ensure compliance with best practices, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Support Work and Technical Support, including responding to client queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Understanding and practice of Safeguarding principles to ensure client and organizational compliance with policies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently when required.
  • Familiarity with the education industry and e-marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
