Jobs Description:

  • Assist on regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees' insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.
  • Administer staff benefits and claims following Company policies.
  • Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately.
  • Maintain proper filing of employees' documents and mobile devices/equipment issued by the Company.
  • Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation.
  • Assist on ISO Audit coordination
  • Handle all the IT-related issues in the organization.
  • Other HR/Administration duties.

Qualifications :

  • Min 3 years' experience
  • Degree in Human Resource Management Sciences, Administration or a related field.
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experienced working for a multinational company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain
