Job Title: Sales / Customer Interaction

Location: Delhi NCR | Working Days: 6 days/week | Training Period: Stipend-based with potential full-time conversion

About the Role

Join a leading retail startup (stealth-mode) in Delhi NCR, youll be trained in customer engagement, product showcasing, and high-touch retail operations with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage walk-in customers, conduct needs assessments, and recommend two-wheeler options confidently.
  • Drive sales through product knowledge, service orientation, and effective suggestion techniques.
  • Support showroom operations—maintaining display standards, assisting in promotions, and updating inventory.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Report daily sales metrics and contribute actively toward meeting showroom targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
  • Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willingness to work a six-day week, including holidays and weekends.
  • Based in Delhi NCR and ready to commit to a performance-based full-time role.
